1. Definitions and Interpretation

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

You may register only one account per person. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.

55bm2 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. You agree to provide such documents within seven (7) days of request. Failure to comply may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other security credentials associated with your 55bm2 account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held liable for all transactions, bets, deposits, and withdrawals made using your account.

3.2 Notification of Unauthorized Access

In the event that you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify 55bm2 customer support immediately. 55bm2 will not be liable for any losses incurred prior to notification of unauthorized access, provided that 55bm2 has implemented reasonable security measures.

3.3 Account Information Accuracy

You agree to keep your account information current and accurate at all times. You must notify 55bm2 immediately of any changes to your contact information, payment details, or other account data. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in account suspension or inability to withdraw funds.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All deposits made to your 55bm2 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 55bm2 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and cryptocurrency as available in your jurisdiction. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to verification requirements and wagering conditions. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are specified in your account settings. 55bm2 aims to process withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours, though processing times may vary. Withdrawals may be delayed pending completion of identity verification or investigation of suspicious activity.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

6.4 Sports Betting

For sports betting services, all bets are subject to the specific rules governing each sport and betting market. Settlement of bets is based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body of the sport. 55bm2 reserves the right to void bets in the event of obvious errors in odds, postponed or abandoned events, or other circumstances as outlined in our Sports Betting Rules.

7. Prohibited Activities

7.1 Fraudulent Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds:

• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Registering multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or play games
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities or bugs
• Engaging in chip dumping, bonus abuse, or any form of advantage play prohibited by these Terms
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with any software used by 55bm2

7.2 Abusive Behavior

Players must treat 55bm2 staff and other players with respect. Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior directed at customer support, dealers, or other players is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Suspension by 55bm2

55bm2 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required by law or regulatory authorities. In such cases, we may withhold or forfeit any funds in your account balance.

8.2 Self-Exclusion and Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. If you wish to self-exclude due to gambling-related concerns, please refer to our Responsible Gaming policy. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately, and you will be prohibited from reopening your account for the duration of the exclusion period.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts that remain inactive (no login or gaming activity) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 55bm2 reserves the right to charge a monthly dormant account fee as compensation for maintaining the account. You will be notified via email before any such fee is applied.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

While 55bm2 strives to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times. The Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. 55bm2 is not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

9.2 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 55bm2's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event shall 55bm2 be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

9.3 Third-Party Services

The 55bm2 platform may integrate with or link to third-party services, including payment processors and game providers. 55bm2 is not responsible for the actions, policies, or content of such third parties. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of those providers.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Customer Complaints

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding the Services, you must first contact 55bm2 customer support in writing within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the complaint. We will investigate and respond to your complaint within a reasonable timeframe. Failure to notify us within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture of your right to pursue the claim.

10.2 Binding Arbitration

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through customer support shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. or another mutually agreed arbitration body. The arbitration shall take place in Metr o Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

11. Amendments to Terms

11.1 Right to Modify

55bm2 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the 55bm2 website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised to reflect the date of the most recent changes.

11.2 Notification of Material Changes

In the event of material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations, 55bm2 will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email or through a prominent notice on the platform. However, it remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

11.3 Continued Use Constitutes Acceptance

Your continued use of the 55bm2 platform following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must cease using the Services and close your account.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. All gaming activities conducted through the 55bm2 platform are subject to the regulations established by PAGCOR and other applicable Philippine regulatory authorities.

12.2 Jurisdiction

You irrevocably agree that the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 55bm2 Services, except where binding arbitration is required pursuant to Section 10.2 above.

12.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific game or promotion rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and 55bm2 regarding your use of the Services, and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
